Get Healthy currently services the Frankston City municipality and the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
Orders to be placed by 6pm on the first Sunday of each month and will be ready for delivery or collection the following week (refer to delivery location table below for specific delivery day).

Free delivery for orders over $150.
$9.95 for orders under $150.
Collection of orders is available by request to from Humphries Road, Frankston South.
Get Healthy will deliver to a residential or business address. When delivery is to be to a business address, please include the business name.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
If you would like your order to be delivered without a signature, please add a note to the "add a message to seller" section during you ordering process. Get Healthy will not accept responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery is made.

Get Healthy has the right to refuse orders, in the case of refusal you will receive a notification via email and a full refund will be provided back to the account from which the payment was made.

Prices for products displayed on this website may be changed at any time.
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.
Although availability may be indicated on the Get Healthy website, we cannot guarantee product availability. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Get Healthy will notify you via email when a product is not immediately available.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Please select carefully and thoroughly read all product descriptions, sizing and details before placing your order with Get Healthy.
Unfortunately Get Healthy cannot accept products for return based on a ‘change of mind’ after ordering. Products will only be accepted for return if they are damaged or faulty.
To request a Return, please contact Get Healthy via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you request a return via email please include your name, order number and reason for return.
The returned item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new and unused.
A collection/redelivery will be arranged at a mutually convenient time to the original delivery address, free of charge.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for return.
Store Credit or Refund
Store Credit -if receiving a store credit the total cost of the returned order will be provided on a Get Healthy Gift Certificate and posted to you within 48 hours. Please note: Get healthy Gift Certificates are only redeemable online at gethealthy.com.au and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refund - in the case of a faulty item, will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours once the return order has been inspected and approved by Get Healthy. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed with Get Healthy.
Gift Certificates may not to be returned, are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Get Healthy will not be liable for any lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
If the purchase order is of greater value than the Gift Certificate, the outstanding balance must be paid and processed before the order can be delivered or collected.
If the total order is a smaller value to the Gift Certificate you, will be issued with a new Gift Certificate with the remaining balance. The Gift Certificate will be delivered or provided with your order.
If returning an order that was purchased with a Gift Certificate you will receive a Gift Certificate for the same value as the initial purchase.
Only one Gift Certificate may be used per transaction, cash change will not be given.
Gift Certificates can be used in conjunction with promotional codes.
